prowla Posted March 22, 2020 Share Posted March 22, 2020 The scratches could be because it's been in a parts box, but it must've been used as a base for drilling or something to get those marks. An alternative could be if it's been used to prop up a table leg with an adjustable height screw thing, or maybe a vise or other clamp...
