Request: highlighting on new posts lists

When I am viewing the "New Posts" page, I would like to be able to configure highlighted background colours for certain forums. For instance, for any threads in the "Build Diaries" forum, I'd like the background colour for the entire table row to be (for instance) yellow instead of grey.

Each user should be able to set their own preferred colours.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned before - I couldn't see anything in the last two pages.
