M4L666
The Line6 stuff is pretty good. I have a Bass PODXT bean, which is great. I would imagine that the rack version is equally, if not more so, good.
sk8
TC Electronic G Sharp or how about the behringer V Bass pro?
Kiwi
Alesis Quadraverb, its a little dated but otherwise there's nothing wrong with them. You can often pick the originals up for less than the price of an effects pedal! I've even seen one sell on Ebay for £30.
Rich
+1 for the Qverb, marvellous piece of kit. The chorus in particular is one of the most adjustable & versatile I've ever used. I also recommend the Zoom RFX2000, although it's more of a recording tool as you can only use 1 effect at a time. Its reverbs are glorious.
