MoonBassAlpha Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 (edited) Hi All! I've a friend who has no internet connectivity and is too weedy to move this. It is the 12 band with compressor etc. and is all in working order. 250W, 500 peak. It is far too loud for his flat, and hasn't really been played in several years. I doubt it has been out of the flat since he got it! (I DID say he is a weed!) Price now reduced to £250 pending approval of seller for it which is very fair for what is a pro rig. (the previous owner gigged it at the Astoria) Poss px for a small valve guitar amp. Oxford/ Abingdon area. Cheers Jules Edited June 7, 2009 by MoonBassAlpha
steve Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 I used to have one of these, they are fabulous amps. Good luck with your sale
neilb Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 These are great amps. Looks a little tatty, but built like a tank. Tell your mate, if someone offers £300, take it.
MoonBassAlpha Posted February 17, 2009 Author Posted February 17, 2009 Thanks for your comments gents. I suspect he would be happy to take £300 for it and convert the cash into something he will actually use (and lift!)

Thornybank Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 410 with horn and the SMX preamp. £300? Own it, friend.... Then the seller can buy my 200w USA Ampeg B210 for £275....
MoonBassAlpha Posted March 18, 2009 Author Posted March 18, 2009 it's been a while, so, err... boink?
ginge Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 What wattage is it? as I could not find anything on the net
MoonBassAlpha Posted March 20, 2009 Author Posted March 20, 2009 hi there Ginge, it is 250W , 500W peak! It also has 230/115 voltage selector. The model is 1210HSM, I believe (my friend was trying to read the label from an upside - down position -don't ask!) Hope this helps. Cheers Jules
MoonBassAlpha Posted April 18, 2009 Author Posted April 18, 2009 slight bump as there seems to be a lot of T.E. lurve about at the moment!
MoonBassAlpha Posted May 18, 2009 Author Posted May 18, 2009 Bump for price drop. Come on folks, this is a good deal!
steve Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 I'm surprised this hasn't sold yet. I sold my old one for a lot more a few years ago (I admit the cosmetic condition was a bit better) but £300 is a bargain
MoonBassAlpha Posted June 7, 2009 Author Posted June 7, 2009 Would anyone be interested at £250? The seller is on the verge of px ing at a shop and I think they will offer even less. I haven't had the go ahead from him for this price yet, but will see him tonight.... Let me know if you're interested. Cheers Jules
