Fancy a bit of a boogie today. Thinking AC/DC (Bon Scot Era ) ZZ Top (pre pop era) that kind of thing.

Suggestions of fun stuff to play along with?

ACDC Girls Got Rhythm and ZZTop Tush, Arrested For Driving While Blind immediately spring to mind but there are plenty more.

Bit O’ Edgar Winter?

Good call.

The Roadwork album is a cracker. There are also a lot of White Trash live shows appearing on YouTube. A great high energy soul band.

Zz top - nasty dogs and funky Kings, most of it is a bit boring to play on bass, but it's still one of the baddest riffs of all time!

Johnny Lang - matchbox, is a fun little run

SRV - the only annoying thing is tuning half a step down, but lovestruck baby is a great boogie tune and leave my girl alone is an interesting one to play.

Son seals - mother in law blues is a nice boogie. The whole son seals band album is fantastic and your love is like a cancer is a good menacing bass line

With songs that have boring bass I quite like spending some time just jamming my own lines over the top.

Something like this from Gary Clark Jr is great for improving your improvised walking bass lines. It's a bit more blues based but those walking lines can be used anywhere.

Like this!  Bit like John Lee Hooker meets the early Rolling Stones.

Here's an odd one that is a bit like a cross between ZZ Top and Michael Jackson.  Great song to just get into the groove or play around with.  If anyone knows of a better quality recording let me know!

Midnight Lady by Mott the Hoople. Various recordings out there. Speed increases as the track plays - could be deliberate or maybe "Buffin" had a very good night?

The Japanese cover group if you come across them,  are interesting but don't get boogie.

Wow! I must like Boogie - The Georgia Sattelites - good call peteb - Battleship Chains for me.
