Hi,

I'm offering this beautiful bass up for sale/trade.

i.m.o. it is one of the best sounding and most versatile passive jazz basses ever made (check the video).

The bass is mint except for one little ding in the finish on the underside towards the back (you don't even notice it unless you really look for it. Will ad detailed pictures later!), so I'd give it an 9/10.

Soundwise this thing is a beast, the neck pickup goes from a Gibson EB type sound to a P-bass on steroids kinda sound and the bridge pickup goes from a 70's style jazz pu sound to full on Musicman growl,

It is no doubt a very versatile little beast for a passive instrument and she will be missed..

RRP for these is 1350Euro or +-1200£, so I'd set the trade value at +-750£ and cash price at 650£,

I still have the box it came in so shipping is no problem. ;)

Feel free to give me a shout if you have any questions.

The video above gives a nice overview of the different sounds you can get with the passive controls, the video below shows the bass in action in the hands of Lorenzo Feliciati .

Kind regards,

stay healthy and safe!

I had already withdrawn this,

but I've now seen a fretless I like so I'm offering this back up for sale for as long as the fretless is available. :)

The bass is only listed here atm.

Some more pictures I took this morning.

As I've already got my eye on a nice fretless 5'er I'm mainly looking for a straight sale,

but I might still be interested in some (very specific!) trades, be it either a fretless 5 string PJ  OR a decent shortscale, pref. a   Mustang JMJ or similar.

Kind regards,

Stay Safe!

D.

I really like this bass.
Good looking, maybe a little bit too flamboyant, but really neat. :)
The placement of the bridge pickup is the thing, in my opinion. My main basses are fan fret Dingwalls and Payson, but this one would definitely suit me well. Weren't it for the Gig Lockdown...

I like it, but my bank account doesn't At the moment.
