I’ve got an old Pangborn Warlord and all of a sudden the electrics have got PHUT!

I’ve got a volume and a tone, an active/passive toggle switch, but the other two knobs and the 3 way toggle switch ref8use to respond.

Any ideas on what the problem might be? I’ve heard people have retrofitted JD components into Pangborns.

Any help would be appreciated.
