photographymatt
Iv had this for years, when a friend left it at mine. I have used it thru small practise amps with guitars and keyboards with headphones but never with my bass. I thought it broken many years back, but tried a new battery(must have used lots of dead batterys at the time.doh.) and..my god, the tone is awesome. Its the best bass synth tone I have heard ever!!!! :-) any one else used this? any mods you can suggest?
photographymatt
am not a big fan of radiohead, but just found out the bassist uses this pedal in "exit music(for a film)" at about the 3 minute mark. sounds great on there too:-)
skankdelvar
NO!!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T MOD IT (Sorry about that - had to get your att'n) Highly prized and desired by certain guitards. One for sale in Australia - $399. They have one sound and one sound only - as per Radiohead, etc. There's no mod you can do to it that won't reduce it's value or improve the sound. Just wrap it in tissue paper, stick it on the bay and buy a boutique, high-end modern jobbie with cash left over. Toasted
Seriously, don't mod it. Put it on ebay and start deciding what you're going to spend all your new cash on.

Hamster
I don't dispute the current prices (last one went for $225) but I had one of these for years and didn't think much of it.
photographymatt
bit of a marmite pedal, I loved it.:-) But wouldnt mind the gear I could get with the money from one.lol
nick
Please don't touch it - leave it original!!! I picked up a Kimbara FY-2 made by Shin-ei locally for princely sum of a fiver. Would have cloned it, had I liked the sound. However, sold it to a bloke in Australia for about £120. Quite sought after.
