Rich
I was googling for Small Stone pedal images earlier when I stumbled across this rather interesting mod. Anybody seen this before? Or better yet, tried or heard it? I'm thinking of applying it to my Russian Stone. The US circuit board is different to the Russian but it's dead easy to find the caps in question.

Great (not so little) phaser! This may be of interest as well 'Frankenstone' Like you say they're not difficult mods. There's also a fair a bit of info for Small Stone mods on DIY Stompboxes & Freestompboxes EHX SS volume loss mod, Even more! However, before I get to doing this, got to build another 'Brassmaster' clone for a mate & a 'Paralooper' for myself, Wooly Mammoth, plus learn about 30 songs for a covers band I've just joined!....so it's in the que If you manage to do the mod before me, would be interested to hear your learned opinions. Cheers p.s. some more SS mod info on page 5 here Electronics for Guitarists (1979) Edited February 21, 2009 by nick
Rich
Thanks for that Nick. After listening to some of the sound samples, I'm going to have a bash at the Maillet vibe mod, and also perhaps the rotary colour control mod on the 'Electronics For Guitarists' page. Will let you know how I get on..!
