BigBeefChief
Hello mate. I used to have a Rockwood bass. I won it on a tv show! Lost it somewhere though. Is it red? If so, I want it back! Welcome.

andy67
welcome mate, is your sessionette combo a 410 by any chance? andy
Roob
Yes it is. I got it when I started playing. It's been absolutely brilliant in that time. I've had it serviced once as it started sqeaking and making funny noises after a couple of years, and managed to break a volume knob off the other day, but good apart from that. Being only 100W though, I am looking to pickup another 2x10 to add for a bit more oomph when playing live, I used to do alot of pop which didn't require as much volume...whereas now I am battling with the drummer . mathewsanchez
Hi Adam, welcome to the forum. What's your band called? I do a bit of gigging round ipswich in my second band called 'to the dogs' (my other band's too lazy to do anything).

pete.young
Another one. We really should have a get-together, even if it's just going for a quiet pint somewhere. How about meeting up in the Steamboat one night?
Roob
Currently, we have no name, still working on that one Hopefully you will see us supporting a much better band sometime soon!
Bilbo
Sounds cool to me, Pete. We should find a band with a weak bass player and all stand at the back and intimidate him!!!

andy67
I had the 410 it was brilliant especially being 100 watt!! however...be aware of the fact that when you plug in an extension cabinet it defeats the internal speakers - well it did on mine andy

Even a few i recognise... =] I'm from ipswich in a band called underline the sky, i think we did a show with to the dogs when they lost their first bass player. Looking forward to meeting everyone at some point. x

If I survive tonights gig in Ilford, I'll see you there. Edit: Doh - I've double-booked myself, got a concert with the brass band I'd forgotten about. Will catch up with you at some point. darwin
I should be going along on Sunday - it's walking distance for me and I know the others in the band... I'm the old bassist phsycoandy - we met (and discussed the merits of MarkBass gear) when I recorded your demo CD for you...
