Winton
Hey guys, Although I started on Talkbass, I ended up here seeking for more answers, as we all naturally do. I'm currently an English teacher at a few universities in Tokyo, Japan. I was trained as a classical musician but have somehow kept up as an amateur electric bassist. I began to take the bass seriously about 5 years ago and slowly making improvements. Currently, I'm working on Bach's 2-part Invention in D minor with a bass player friend of mine for a collaboration video (us musicians have to be creative somehow amidst this coronavirus crisis). I'll be playing the Bach with my Carvin SB5000 (tuned EADGC). My other bass is a Nash PB63 precision bass (which I bought to replace my Fender Japan PB70 from 1987, which I still have). Since Basschat suggested, I'll share some stuff I've done recently with you guys: Edited April 14, 2020 by Winton
