Shockwave Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Thats brilliant. I can only dream of playing like that. Quote
gary mac Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 hugely impressive, but couldn't listen to much more than 30 seconds of it Quote
bluesparky Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Cool, good find! Nice to see people going to see something a bit different - and also to see someone making that technique actually usable in everyday life rather than doing it for the sake of it (or in a guitar shop on a saturday morning between slaps!!) . Buzz Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Mostly musical, couple of places where it sounded wrong, the first run didn't really help and almost went into jazz fret w***ery. Needed a guitar and vocals for it to be a song though, really seemed to be missing that due to having good riffs and a repeating structure. Also, he could have lost the hat rather than messing with it about 10 times, that was distracting. He's definitely a good player and of course, much better than I. Quote
jmesa Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Why cant I find a drummer like that? Good find man! Quote
wateroftyne Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Hey! That YouTube clip was filmed at my favourite local boozer. Mint. Quote
josh3184 Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 goddamn, I've been loopin ther only song on myspace for the last 30mins now. Think I'm addicted Quote
Golchen Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Like it! Interesting how people all go for different kinds of music. I love stuff like that but I really can't get into a band with a bunch of songs eg Coldplay, snow patrol et al. I like instrumental music that's off the beaten path of commerciality best. Quote
