BigBeefChief
Have you tried tightening the impedence screw?
bass_ferret
There is a really good explanation of impedence on the basschat wiki - have a read
xgsjx
I asked here if there is much difference between 4 & 8 ohm & got this reply: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=39631 From my perspective, a 4 ohm cab is not as versatile as an 8 ohm as it means you're not gonna be able to put an ext cab on should you ever need to unless your amp can run at 2 ohms & the cab is still gonna produce 103db when your amp is topping it (or whatever it may be). Just thought I'd give you my findings from what I've learned here to see if it helps you any.
