lancer
Can these be used successfully in a non metal/rock environment? Does anyone gig these in different genres of music with enough clean headroom? Thanks
Cat Burrito
Yep, I have used mine for roots rock 'n' roll, power pop and 60s style bands. The Mk2 has fixed the issue with the early break up. This is now pretty much exclusively my only head, I would imagine from country to reggae, you'd have no fuss here.
stewblack
Played mine in a soul band. It was righteous.

However I could never turn it up enough to really get it to break up, it was just so darned loud.
