Playing bass since 5 Years, actually I only own one, a SR 5 custom with a ebony frettboard, and on my GAS list is an Jazz Bass 4 with 42 mm nut wide, and a Jazz Bass 5 with 35" scale ( maybe a sandberg ) I've registred on this board, to buy an amp, ( great deal with the actual £/€ rate ) I mainly play metal, I use a pick with distorstion, my favorites players are Christian Olde Wolbers ( Fear Factory ), O'beast ( Mnemic ) and Dick Lovgren ( Meshuggah ). I'm a big fan of Christian myself and I like a lot of Meshuggah stuff, which I'm sure was a big influence on the rhythms that FF use/used (and also on my old band Final Conclusion).
