Well done for shooting the video, with the incrustation and overlaid texts. Completely wasted on me, as I have cloth ears, and 'bass is bass is bass' to me, so the nuances don't come through to my brain. A fine effort, to be commended; I'm sure there's an audience that can appreciate these subtleties, but it's not for me.

Would you rather there was a version with just bass? not track? or just drums and bass?

I'd wait for further reaction from folks with better ears than mine, really, but to hear what's going on in the Fx department, I'd plump for isolated bass. It wouldn't change much what I hear in a band situation, though, as, to me, once the carnage revs up, it's all much of a mushness. It's just me; I could never master disto, fuzz, overdrive, whatever on guitar, either. Maybe that's why I'm a drummer..?
