peted Posted March 8, 2010 Posted March 8, 2010 THAT is gorgeous. If I didn't already have a Shuker singlecut 6 being made right now I'd easily have one of those. Simply stunning! Quote

Ewan, now I'm jealous, it would've been ace to live a bit closer to Alan so i could've called round to have a look a couple of times, but I'm too far away. Quote

Every time I pop round I end up hatching plans for more and more basses. I purposely don't spend too much time looking at wood now, as I'll end up asking Alan to keep stuff aside which then leads to scraping a deposit, although, for the moment, short of selling semi-vital organs or my employers throwing a surprise mid-recession bonus at me, I won't be splashing out for a little while. Already got the next two mapped out, best stop there for now... Your bass is going to be an absolute stunner though Eude Quote

I'll be interested to hear what your plans are..... Quote

It'll be a bit of a trial by fire for it tbh, it's one of the more 'lively' places we've played I'll get some pics posted as soon as I have some Quote

Eude[/quote] Through a series of unrelated events, new bass day has turned into 'new bass long weekend' I know what you mean about going to pick them up too, the bass has gone straight from the builder to the owner without any middlemen. Gaving it sat on the back seat without being able to play it tested my patience a bit though. I didn't notice the smell till I got it out of the case at home to be honest. Quote
Scoop Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 I had the very good fortune to have a little play with this on Sunday up at Moffat. Now, I can't play sixers really, I get lost very quickly but HOLY sh*t that's a very nice bass. Congratulations. Quote
