foxyFuze Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 Hi all, A quick mention for Carl and his LordoftheStrings online store based in The Netherlands. I struggled to find a certain set of strings anywhere but this storer had them; about 7 days delivery and prompt communications throughout. Even with a few quid delivery, it was reasonably priced. Worth a look if UK distributors don't have what you're looking for! P.S. I am not affiliated with them or a recipient of any free stuff (sadly). https://lordofthestrings.com/en Quote
franzbassist Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 +1 pn that. I've used Carl a couple of times and he's been first class. Quote

Amazing how 9 times out of 10 we're back to the Fender look. I cannot think of another product area where a single (and stylistically dated) design has been so enduring. And unlike more organic musical instruments its not as if function dictates form. Edited May 5, 2020 by lownote12 Quote
songofthewind Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 I know. I’ve picked up my bitsa Jazz again, and I have to say I do like it very much. Looks like a piece of agricultural equipment one day, and a totem of cool the next! Quote
