foxthebiker
SOLD now Up for sale again as I need to fund another project: This bass has the appropriate amount of wear as it's aged at 1975/6 based on the serial number, machines heads and logo. The bass is exceptional quality and superb to play, no buzzes and the action is medium. Red Sunburst which is superb: Made in Japan and as such renowned high quality with a very lightweight body. Rosewood fingerboard and maple neck, nice and straight with 'just the right amount of relief' giving a superb medium action. Punchy sound from the pups and authentic Precision growl. Completely original condition and well looked after (lemon oiled board and kept in a Ritter Gig Bag) example with fresh Ernie Ball slinky strings. Locally set up by respected Guitar and Bass specialist: I would be happy to accept offers of around £290 and would recommend collection although local delivery is an option or courier and the buyers expense. Some PICS: Pm me for usual and more details etc... Brother Jones
Yeah - small error somewhere. Suggest OP checks. Nonetheless, Jap Precisions are fabulous vfm at the moment....
When i was starting out i got my first bass in 83, a squire p bass from rhodes in denmark street, anyway, always regreted selling it, and this one came up, 2 years newer but cool! I love the older fenders, and they always hold value. I have to say for sound, the warwick i now have is stunning, and the new neck profile is ace, but i do love the older fenders. Most of the stuff i play (chic etc) it suits perfect. Looking forward to getting it.
