Small-scale Fender P Basses (kiddie size!!)

I remember seeing these in my local music shop 15-20 years ago. They also made matching Strats, if I remember correctly.

Can't remember if they were Fender or Squier, MIJ, etc.

Does anybody know more about them? Anyone got one?

Would be a great gass turning up to a gig with one, me thinks!! And also a great aide for getting the kids interested in bass.

Precision bass jnr. Made in Mexico. Not as long ago as 15 yrs though - probably more like five at a guess.

Available in Black or red iirc. I think it was about 27.5" scale,

I have a couple of Squier mini strats for the kids, but the P bass seemed to be better made.
