Telebass Posted June 2, 2020 Share Posted June 2, 2020 Liked the Cobalts when I had them on my P-bass. The brightness is less of an issue currently as I've no idea if I'll be going back into a rock band or not. If so, I'll be getting another set! Otherwise, D'Addario Chromes are pretty bright too, but also able to do mellow. They're a little stiffer than the Cobalts, though, IME.
