Does anyone have contact details for line 6 in the uk ?

They we’re going to replace a Helix Stomp under warranty through Dawsons just before lockdown but with Dawsons going to administration, I fear it will fall in the cracks.

Dunno if I could get refunded through the credit card people

I would say join the Line 6 HX Stomp Owners group on Facebook and there are quite a few people who work for Line 6 in the group, I’m sure you will be looked after.

Wow, i didnt know this. I brought a bass of them just before lockdown, and sent it back due to me not knowing my future financial situation. Had to chase them a bit but glad i did now. What a shame.

EDIT. Their website is still active.

very very late to the party but for information...the line6 service centre is here:

E & M Electronics
Unit 28, 56 Goulds Close
Bletchley Milton Keynes, MK1 1EQ
Phone: +441908 375699
Email: [email protected]

I've used them before and they've been fairly good.

E&M Electronic Services are closing the business.

Does anyone know another UK repairer ?

Mine has a non-working L/Mono output socket

Thanks in advance

If it’s just the jack then I’m sure you don’t need an authorised service centre.

Maybe not but I don’t know of anyone who does this kind of work

In the past ive found that rehearsal studios normally have people (or someone) that can do basic electrical repairs like this. Ive had a coupe of pedals brought back to life like this. Just a thought.

If you send a message to Frank Ritchotte via the massive facebook Helix users group then he is usually the best contact to find stuff out like that. He's the Senior Director of Operations and deals with stuff like that in the group.

Never had any luck from them to get a battery hatch for my G30 wireless tho... a 20p part has turned my £200 into a brick. Sounds like it's v common too.

I hope you have better luck.
