mikegatward
Does anyone have contact details for line 6 in the uk ? They we’re going to replace a Helix Stomp under warranty through Dawsons just before lockdown but with Dawsons going to administration, I fear it will fall in the cracks. Dunno if I could get refunded through the credit card people

Crawford13
I would say join the Line 6 HX Stomp Owners group on Facebook and there are quite a few people who work for Line 6 in the group, I’m sure you will be looked after.

Wow, i didnt know this. I brought a bass of them just before lockdown, and sent it back due to me not knowing my future financial situation. Had to chase them a bit but glad i did now. What a shame. EDIT. Their website is still active. Edited May 10, 2020 by dave_bass5

mikegatward Posted Monday at 13:53 Author Share Posted Monday at 13:53 E&M Electronic Services are closing the business. Does anyone know another UK repairer ? Mine has a non-working L/Mono output socket Thanks in advance
tauzero Posted Monday at 14:50 Share Posted Monday at 14:50 Look for Mark Wright Music on Facebook. He's a former Line 6 employee who does repairs - it would be worth talking to him.
mikegatward Posted Monday at 15:55 Author Share Posted Monday at 15:55 Sadly he’s no longer doing repairs
dave_bass5 Posted Monday at 16:19 Share Posted Monday at 16:19 If it’s just the jack then I’m sure you don’t need an authorised service centre.

Maybe not but I don’t know of anyone who does this kind of work

Ive had a coupe of pedals brought back to life like this. Just a thought.
fretmeister Posted Monday at 18:52 Share Posted Monday at 18:52 If you send a message to Frank Ritchotte via the massive facebook Helix users group then he is usually the best contact to find stuff out like that. He's the Senior Director of Operations and deals with stuff like that in the group.
urbanx Posted Tuesday at 10:14 Share Posted Tuesday at 10:14 Never had any luck from them to get a battery hatch for my G30 wireless tho... a 20p part has turned my £200 into a brick. Sounds like it's v common too. I hope you have better luck.

Unfortunately the other parts of the assembly are out of stock. I'll certainly bookmark the page in case they come back in. Thanks again. fretmeister Posted Tuesday at 17:34 Share Posted Tuesday at 17:34 Apparently the new UK service centre is going to be something called Sontec in Norwich.
