TheGreek Posted May 12, 2020 Author Posted May 12, 2020 I often wonder if TE were secretly involved with the National Osteopaths governing body... 1 Quote

Stub Mandrel Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 Nice. Not that I am biased 🙂 I always wanted a Trace in the 80s, it's great to be able to have one. Quote
GBH Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 It is a great little amp, a bit weighty I grant you, but I've lifted worse. Needs a good clean externally, only problem is a hint of fuzzy distortion for a couple of minutes then settles down, I'll have to get that looked at, but overall quite chuffed. Quote

Could be a capacitor in the power supply. Have look for any bulging at the top of the cap... 1 Quote
TheGreek Posted May 15, 2020 Author Posted May 15, 2020 I've had all of mine serviced by my local Amp Tech, Mal Crawley. Normally costs around £80 but they come back clean and sound like a new amp. Money well spent in my eyes.. 2 Quote
