Hi Folks,

I was bidding on a 1x10 cab on Ebay but it was a 'collection only' auction with the seller being based in Bath, so way too far for me to get to.. So, not to be outdone I duly put a post up on Basschat asking for help and almost immediately, Dave aka 'TheRev' offered to pick up the cab and help ship it to me.. Anyway, I won the auction and Dave very kindly went and picked up the cab and parcelled it up immaculately, ready for collection. Needless to say, it arrived here completely safe & sound!

As if that isn't enough, going back a couple of years, I bought a Peavey Sessionbass head from Dave (possibly in Bassworld days..) and he virtually delivered it to my door, on his way back from a gig over in East Sussex, saving me loads of time and postage!

So, I just wanted to thank Dave and say he is just about one of the nicest people you're ever likely to meet! And he typifies what Basschat is all about IMHO..

Absolutely brilliant Dave - thanks mate! :)

Cheers

Nik

Dave bought an Acoustic Image cab off me. Quick payment, friendly comms, all good! I cannot believe, however, that he has no feedback since 2009, despite the pretty things for sale every day on BassChat. He must have a will of iron! :)

Didn't buy anything off Dave. He didn't buy anything from me either. So why am I doing this ?

Just to say that Dave spent his free time helping me with enquires on double basses and helped me to avoid what may have been a costly mistake :(

Much appreciated Dave, you're a gentleman :)

Dave bought some double bass strings from me, and it was a nice simple transaction with no hassles.

Erm, and repeat! All good :D

Dave kindly sold me the bass I had been looking for 6+ months.  Total pleasure to deal with, excellent communications and the usual faultless two blokes meet in a car park and exchange the merchandise.  Highly recommended, deal with confidence etc.  Many thanks.
