Here's your homework for this week! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-488UORrfJ0 If you watched the lesson then you would have noticed me saying that we are jamming round the solo section NOT playing under the melody (where bass remains on G under the C7 chords as you pointed out) In the solo section it’s perfectly acceptable to move the groove to C.
