adz Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 (edited) I am selling my left handed Overwater Progress Classic Custom five string as I need to raise funds for a new amp. Very versatile and good looking instrument which is great fun to play, it has a wide range of tones from jazz to rock to funk. It has a low action and a fast fretboard that makes it easy to play and makes it awesome for slap There are a few very minor dings around the edge but other than that its in perfect condition. Am looking for £700 as i need the cash a.s.ap. Am willing to ship. Body: Sycamore Neck: 5 Piece Maple and Purpleheart Fretboard: Rosewood Bridge: Overwater Machineheads: Gotoh Pick Ups: EMG Preamp: EMG Here is a link to photos of the bass on the Overwater website; http://www.overwaterbasses.com/pro00002.htm Can send more photos via email; Cheers Edited May 25, 2009 by adz
josh3184 Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 this will be a surprise to everyone I'm sure ( ) but I am so tempted... think my mind wants to make up for the status I missed (damn you steve!)
adz Posted March 9, 2009 Author Posted March 9, 2009 Sorry to have to let it go but I use it less than my four string MM Stingray and i need the money, unfortunately she has to go.
adz Posted March 13, 2009 Author Posted March 13, 2009 Forgot to mention i will throw in the hard case for free!
lemoley Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 was gonna PM you but its nothing private, three questions:- would you be up for a part ex? has the price gone down? where you based at?
adz Posted March 31, 2009 Author Posted March 31, 2009 I'm not really looking to part exchange. I live in Guildford in Surrey so and i will drop the price to 650 if you are willing to pay for shipping.
hubrad Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 650 quid for an Overwater? Come one somebody - snap his hand off! If I could play left handed I'd have bought it myself already!

Smash Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 Wow how cheap is that!!! I am right handed though but can still play okish left, I only found out by chance last month. Right handers if you get the chance have a go at a lefty you may be surprised like me. Bargain.
adz Posted April 12, 2009 Author Posted April 12, 2009 Hello lefty people. Get involved in what is a great bass and for that price. Who are you to resist it eh?
steve-soar Posted April 12, 2009 Posted April 12, 2009 (edited) Adz put it on http://www.leftybass.com/ you may have a good chance there. If I could afford it, I certainly would but I'm brassic. Edited April 12, 2009 by steve-soar
