Chelios Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 (edited) Today we have my old Corvette STD. I bought this off the 'Bay about 2 years ago. I know the market for Warwick's has dried up a little but im sure someone would like a bargain. As you can see the previous owner gave it a good seeing too, Unfortunately it has left it with a lot of buckle rash and some bumps and scrapes. The pictures try to show this as best as possible and i would be willing to take more. I'm looking to move it to a home in which someone will use it, as it comes third to my Thumb and $$. It does need a new set of strap locks, i think the Dunlop inners fit it from some research but never got round to trying. Pictures: Id be looking for offers above £300 which would include shipping. It will travel in a hard case and well packed. OR A trade for a 5 string, Maybe a Cort or Fender or Spector Legand??!? surprise me with some offers Chelios Edited March 15, 2009 by Chelios
agroupuk Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Bah! never any money when bargains spring up! Have a free bump on me. Unless you want a well used OLP MM*somethingorother* 5 stringer in black.....
Dubs Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Very nice Corvette Std. This looks like the bubinga bodied version with a wenge neck. Well worth £300 even with a few dings. Good luck with it mate
josh3184 Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 the wood is lovely on that, much nicer than its ash counterpart! Good luck with the sale!
lemmywinks Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 Can't see a stacked pot so i assume this is passive. Massive chunk of bass for the money btw, Corvettes are always bargains but this is rock bottom price esp. considering it's the Bubinga bodied version. Don't expect this to be around long!
