Mark Gooday has just mentioned on Facebook that they are considering offering servicing on TE gear - incase anybody might find that useful.

An absolutely brilliant gesture. Old school customer service too, may get some more old TE gear on the strength of that😁😉😆😆

I think it was on here, our Ashdown representative said that if I needed anything for my Trace V4 that I should contact them. I can't find the thread but I remember thinking it was a great gesture.

Once again, hats off to Ashdown for their customer service - even if you've never had one!

As a V6 owner I am pleased to hear that!

Interesting. I've heard great things about their customer service, I'll keep this in mind for my TE hoard (although Ashdown are a very long way away from me) ☹️
