Epiphone Jack Cassidy bass in lefty!

Guitar guitar has these listed as coming soon at £689. Factory made lefties. No date for arrival yet... Awful timing when I'm already torn between fretted or fretless jazz or getting a quote for a Limelight Telecaster bass (I know, different beast altogether!)

Always fancied one of these (or a 'proper' Les Paul bass), good news though.  One day...

Weird. Guitarguitar doesn't have it listed any more and on Epiphone's own website there is no mention of a lefty. And it's not because I can't spell I can't spell Casady.

I always wanted one of these but as I'm strictly a home player these days I can't justify it.

GAS is strong on this one though!

I can't see any trace on GG or GAK.

I have already read all of the articles regarding neck-dive, awkward hangs, three point bridges etc. in preparation!

Hoping its gonna happen and not just the gold version.

I think I've ruled myself out by buying a jazz bass yesterday. I know they're worlds apart but I'm trying to limit myself to 4 basses or less.

But not sure that i can stretch to £689, when Gak are promising it for £599.

Not sure when you compare it to the Warwick Star Bass, rockbass version, it seems OK. There aren't many lefty semi hollows out there.
