The tone from a Modulus J4???

Any Modulus owners out there..I am curious to know what the tone is like on J4..I have heard they can sound a little brittle and lack warmth because of the carbon neck..is this true?

I haven't owned one myself, but I've been told the bass with the Villex system is the one to go for rather than the Bart loaded models. Yes they can have more attack and more prominent midrange but the softness of the body wood is key.
