1990's Bass Line Quiz

Monday again, so time for a just-about-competently-played bass line quiz from me. This time it's 1990 to 1999, same format as last time in that there's one line per year. You'll need good speakers for 1998! Answers at the end of the video, hope you enjoy it. There's going to be a break for a week or so after this as I'm doing a David Bowie specific quiz along the same lines for one of my bands social media pages (the Bowie covers band oddly enough), and it's a big job including more than a few parts I don't know.

Good fun and well played again. However, this time I only guessed 2 (90 & 96). This is probably down to my long held view that the 90s was where music went to die (certainly post 91 anyway), YMMV.

It was a struggle not to just do a full video of grunge and Roadrunner records metal as that was all I listened to in the 90's.

99 is Butterfly? The one that samples The Chilli Peppers 🙂

And re-released in '92! A bit of a cheat I know, but it's a fun line and a reason to learn it in the correct key as I'd been playing it wrong for years.

Only 1 out of 10 for me (Cannonball)  like @ezbass said, for me music largely died in the 90's

There was a lot of good stuff over the 90's for me, although I can't say I showed the decade at its finest with my choices here.

91 is 'My Friend Of Misery' by Metallica.

Only one I didn't get was 1998.
