fretmeister Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 (edited) EDIT All sorted - gave them a call. Someone can't type! Edited June 10, 2020 by fretmeister Quote
Dan Dare Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 No, but if I do, shall delete it unopened. Sounds as if someone (not Ashdown) is up to no good. If you want to see who it's really from, hover the cursor over the email in your inbox and the sender's name will be displayed. Quote

Dan Dare Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 Good to know. I've been getting a few iffy emails lately. When I hover the cursor over them, they give odd email addresses, including my own (don't know how that works). Have had several purporting to be from TV Licensing lately, which have purportedly come from me (?). As I'm one of those weirdos who hasn't got a TV (and yes, Licensing has visited me to confirm I don't), was suspicious, to say the least. Quote
fretmeister Posted June 10, 2020 Author Posted June 10, 2020 I had a good chat, when they then tried to suggest I buy one of the last chance Retroglide 800 amps I knew it was really Ashdown! 😂 Quote
ClassicVibes Posted June 12, 2020 Posted June 12, 2020 I am, they tell me they can produce an amp now that doesn't catch fire? 1 Quote
