Up for sale is my little Gretsch short-scale bass.

It’s a lovely bass with a really nice, fat tone. I’ve currently got it strung with Chromes but I think I have the original rounds somewhere if preferred. 

I got it at the start of last year because I needed something small and light as I was going to rehearsals in a Mazda MX5. The car’s now gone and so I just don’t use the bass any more.

It’s too nice to be unused like this and so...

There isn’t a blemish on it anywhere.

It’s pictured with Fender straplocks but they’ll be coming off and the original strap buttons replaced.

I’d prefer to meet up if possible- I’m in sunny Cleethorpes but travel down the A1 regularly so PM me to discuss meet/delivery options.

Trades - the only thing I might be interested in is a lightweight, slim-necked 5 string but I’m open to suggestions so PM and let’s see

It is. A sort of olive green. Be great for someone in a military band 😁

These basses are really punchy I had one for a while and the pickups boom but in a good way glwts
