Meeting Jens last year and getting a chance to talk to him was one of my personal highlights of 2019.

Up close and personal, his basses are so sweet that you want to lick them. [Not in these Covid-infested times, natch.]

He's clearly a one off...combining Art & Instrument

Its also the small practical things...e.g.rear jack & straplok mounting

How am I supposed to downsize with gear like this being posted!!

I've traded with Bernard before - absolute gent - trying my best not to impulse buy..

I played one of these at Rudy's in NYC, it was MAGIC. Kind of astral connection between my mind and how it sounded. Without turning the knobs! Fantastic bass! The one who buys it will be happy.

Ritters are really on another level in terms of playability, alembics and foderas are rolls royces but these are ferraris... the only thing they’re missing imho is the fantastic trussrod adjustment system of ACGs... glwts!

My old bass!

I think I was the first owner - no idea why I sold it 🤦‍♂️

Lovely thing with a fabulous woody / earthy tone. Records really well.

Hope you are well.......BTW the  Demeter is awesome...thx...I'm using it with a 10" wedge in rehearsals & have a 12" wedge for gigs !!!!!

As you know its a unique bass and I'm grateful for your vision in specifying this bass from Ritter. It has served me well, for years delivering any sound needed, so needs to be with a new owner to benefit, thats why I've added offers

The fact that this is still for sale here suggests to me that there is no Santa!!!

Well that, and the fact that he didn't bring Linda Lusardi round when I was in my 20s...
