ezbass
...and must cut off my hands* for fear of insulting what is truly great talent. I'd like to be able to play my electric fretless (or fretted for that matter) as well as R G-F does on DB. Mind blow 🤯 *not going to do this, BTW.
Maude
He makes it look so effortless, amazing. 👍 It reminds me a little of Adam Ben Ezra, except he doesn't need anyone else lending a hand on percussion. ezbass
I'm always hoping I'll be confused with A.B.E, same instrument, same surname, same level of talent...oh, hang on, something's not right there.
itu
Edgar Meyer, Niels-Henning Øerstedt-Pedersen... something similar in their effortless looking mastery.
lowdown
I've been listening to Renaud Garcia-Fons for years. I love his playing and musicianship. It's all there - Feel, time, phrasing, intonation, technique and great ideas. Like the OP said, "truly great talent". Prabhu Edouard ain't bad either.
