They are 50 quid plus duty and shipping = about 80.00 quid in all - they do alter the tone its just if you like it or not...I have persued at home and a few rehearsals on my playing on my Eminence and KK Bass baby and like the affect a lot...

Looks a bit more professional than my solution, which is tying a sock round the strings just over the bridge. If I need full mute for quiet practise, I tie two on.

There is a good review and short video using this mute on an EUB on the Gollihur Music site where the listed price is $50.00 USD. The mute is available in different colours and foam densities, looks interesting and might be good on my Yamaha SLB 200. If I get one I'll post my impressions.

Yes Staggering on - that's where I ordered mine from.....($50.00 USD - yes, but obviously depends on the exchange rate) - the foam on mine is a bit pitted, its black and have played it on all 3 of my basses - the acid test comes in a performance or recording neither which I have done recently
