Edit: all taken by me, on a black photo background and a bit of photoshopping for light and contrast. :)

Well terrible photography conditions here, including the idiot holding the phone camera... 

Here's a 1984 Aria Pro II SB-Elite I giving a cheeky flash of flesh through the (used to be) pearl white paint. 

And some lovely wood grain visible through the butterscotch finish on my latest squeeze, a Fender MIJ 70s jazz reissue.

Nothing fancy, but some nice pieces of ash with the grain shining nicely through the transparent black finish (that's what Ibanez calls it, but there's not much black to be seen). Lovely basses, I kinda miss the 4-string (but still have the ATK305).

1984 SQ serial MIJ Squier Precision, unsure of the wood but likely sen, from its ash-y pattern:

I am not the biggest fan of either Precisions or bursts, but I should've kept this one and hung it up, facing the wall.
