Roger2611
That was quite enjoyable and quite surprising to see Fonzi from Happy Days still so relevant to the kids in 2019!
bassbiscuits
That’s great. I got a bit zoned out by watching that. Really interesting tho. Worryingly I couldn’t name a single tune from quite a few of the final 2019 line up tho!
LeftyP
That was amazing. I don't have any recordings by any of the 2019 artistes and couldn't name any song by them. But I have plenty of Beatles, Carpenters, Elton John and Bee Gees plus a load of albums by Garth Brooks. I hear that Elvis sold more records after he died than when he was alive. Michael Jackson's death may have boosted his sales and Freddie Mercury's for Queen. It just shows how tastes change - which is a good thing. Owen
I had no idea Babs was such a big deal in the 70s.
cetera
Well the latter years of that made for depressing viewing. Particularly the last 20 years.... and specifically the last 10.... Edited July 15, 2020 by cetera
Barking Spiders
Nifty piece of programming there but when I pressed pause it didn't stop on an image it just came up with ads or summat. As I stopped listening to music radio years ago I didn't recognise many of the names from the noughties and even if I'd vaguely heard of them I wouldn't know a single tune of theirs. I've heard of Taylor Swift but can't name a single hit by her. I'm not gonna bother Googling either.
Angel
I love these things, I find them fascinating and somewhat hypnotic. There are loads of different ones. It makes me feel like some kind of god watching the rise and fall of empires.
