I find it funny that these seem to sell for quite a bit less than a standard sansamp just because of the lack of mid knob. Easily fixable by setting your amp right first of all. 
 

I find having the 3 programmable options super handy when playing in a covers band a mixed set list. Gives you 4 settings with amp used the core clean tone. 
 

Can be used with either a PSU, 9v battery or phantom power too!
