Anybody had any experience with Artist Guitars?

They look a bit cheap to me. Like entry level Encores.

Maybe they are another Harley Benton and might surprise me.

However, everything seems to be sold out on the website.

You need to try one and see.  I've played plenty of expensive basses and guitars that were, quite frankly, s***e, so price alone is never enough to get me suspicious.

I was looking at one of the cases, also sold out. I guess they are waiting for the next shipment from China.

I like the look of that active 5 string PJ - £179 with a case

Headstock shape of the P and J basses look identical to Harley Benton basses, so guessing they come from same factory?!?
