i may be wrong, but dont the fender 5 string jazzes have the smaller machine heads and all 5 in a row at the top of the headstock, rather than the 4+1 like this has?

but its also the [url="http://www.fender.co.uk/products//search.php?partno=0136860309"]fender active 5 string jazz[/url] but oddly not the passive.
