I am thinking of buying the 76 P he has in mint condition with original case but I’m not too sure if these are heavy, anyone here got any experience with that year Looks like a nice bass. I would be abit careful though, if it has been without strings for a while. You never know what the neck has been doing.during that time.

I’d never buy a bass sight-unseen from someone who isn’t a player themselves as they really don’t know what they have or are selling. I pointed that out to him when I got the pic of it without strings, your quite right he is not a musician but seems to be getting advice from someone in the know

Ive just messaged him to do that so hopefully the bass has not been lying around like that for too long
BassAgent
It's not necessarily bad. The '63 VI I restored a few months ago had been without strings for 30 years and the neck was in perfect nick.

Reggaebass Posted Monday at 14:04 Author Share Posted Monday at 14:04 Bassbros has recently listed a nice 67P, I remember seeing it before because of the tuners, I’ve never seen these fitted from the factory before https://search.app/aXuuUWBtoudKsai48

Old Man Riva Posted Monday at 17:33 Share Posted Monday at 17:33 The lollipops ‘fitted from factory’ on the Bass Bros bass are the Mustang type - presumably smaller than the lollipops fitted to Precision or Jazz basses of the era? @dodgnofski I’ve got serious bass envy after seeing that ‘68!
