foreverbroke
Hi! A few months ago, I launched a YouTube pedal review channel. Nothing very exciting at first glance, you might say. I'm trying to do something original and intense, with completely composed songs produced like music, not demos, and a lot of work on video and narration. I would like to share them with you. The latest is on the Cooper fx Arcades and its 4 new cards that were released two days ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvWSFM-UkNg Feel free to tell me if this is not the place for that kind of content. Hope you'll like it! Edited August 21, 2020 by foreverbroke
Dapper Bandit
Can't watch that at the minute but I will definitely try to sit down with it tonight. I applaud the concept of trying to compose to the pedal, how many more will try to blues-noodle through a granular delay before we all realise that doesn't work?! foreverbroke
Thank you man! I'd be glad to know what you think of it! I promise there's no blues-noodling passing through granular delays in any of my videos 🤣
Dapper Bandit
Well, you got yourself a new sub off of that! I really like the way you got a good range of usage out of it too, that dissonant section was very cool! As much as I enjoy Knob's videos, it's nice to see a reviewer not make every pedal sound the same. The only thing I didn't like was seeing the clips of movies that I couldn't identify before the next one came along but that's just the film nerd in me! foreverbroke
Thank you for the sub man! Really glad you liked it. You're not the first one to tell me that your movie nerdness got triggered by it 😆 . I'm not really a film nerd myself, so I didn't imagine it could be a part of the fun of them, identifying the images I use. I'll keep that in mind, thank you! foreverbroke
Thank you man! Knowing that the endless amount of time I spend making them is visible is the best encouragement ever!
stewblack
It's a beautiful work of art. I've never heard of Cooper Effects, I'm none the wiser now but I know I want to find out more. You're soundtrack work is astonishingly good. Bravo.
foreverbroke
Thank you stewblack! Cooper absolutely rocks. I've had a Generation Loss for years and it never leaved my pedalboard. One of the most unique creator out there. A new one was released yesterday for Alexander's new delay. Hope you'll dig it!
