ped
I’m wondering if there’s any possible combinations left for Fender to exploit 😂 1
acidbass
I love the look of that white one but would be instantly removing the stack knobs, so probably not quite for me!
ezbass
I don’t mind a roadworn bass, but please leave the belt sander alone. I owned a very beaten up ‘63 P Bass and it didn’t have that wear mark on the upper bout. It’s the same with the JMJ Mustang I played on Tuesday, same belt sander in a place that neither the sales assistant or I had ever experienced with genuine playing wear. YMMV of course. However, back on topic, they’re ok, pretty much Flea basses in other colours. Edited August 21, 2020 by ezbass
Mudpup
Fingerboards look too light to me. If you're going to try and do vintage looking at least do the whole job......ebony would have worked better
CameronJ
Agreed on the fingerboards being too light. Pau Ferro isn’t a bad wood by any stretch but aesthetically just doesn’t do it for me on Fender-shaped basses. But yeah, other that that, looks to be the Flea passive Jazz in different colours. I’m sure they’ll sell as stacked knobs look cool.
