Fender Modern Player Telecaster Bass

Hi, I wondered if anyone has experience of these basses and can tell me where they sit in terms of tone and playability compared with a Precision (which I have) and a Jazz (which I had). They seem to be discontinued and hard to get hold of, and an original would be out of my budget. I just fancy one to be honest, I play in a 60s band amongst other things? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Sale nowt to do with me.  The twin buckers are a different tone to the 2 basses you mention and the neck can be a bit clubbier. Do a search , there are  lots of comments on them and their playability.

Neck is a bit wide but reasonably slim front to back. 

Different animal from Jazz or P-basses.  Serious deep bass from the neck pickup 😎

All I'll say is that for a China-made Fender, it rocks. And the 'mudbucker' is lots of fun.
