Oldman
This was/is my dream bass, Black, Black and DR Black Beauty Strings. I’ll post actual snaps tomorrow, 12 months old, Immaculate no dingaling dongs, it looks the part. Only reason I might move it on is obvious really, no gigs, old getting older, corvid jobby and I’m considering regressing to 34” scale. Bought from these people after stumbling on the Bass whilst browsing. https://m.musik-produktiv.com/gb/sandberg-california-vm2-darkhawk-5-bkb.html Face to face transaction preferred, I’ll go half way not happy to post if I do it’s UK only. Thanks for looking Edited September 2, 2020 by Oldman

hiram.k.hackenbacker
Is that switch as it says, a pick-up selector, or does it split the coils?
Oldman
I think it splits the coils, I’ll check.

hiram.k.hackenbacker
Yes, that's what made me ask as you also have a blend control in the line above.

Cuzzie
The switch selector merely says blend. How many positions? What is it blending, single coils/both coils/each pick up/outside or inside coils etc
Oldman
I’m just the messenger, I really haven’t a feckin’ clue, Bridge pup, both, neck, kettle on/off. 🥺
Tankdave
The switch switches both pickups to single coil or humbucker mode. Found the answer in a review 😊 Edited August 30, 2020 by Tankdave

Oh, no, it’s my bass, I just don’t really pay attention to the minutia of single, double, split coil dumbuckers with switches, I did find the mid frequency knob useful. I just do bass, not techie stuff, is all. Its a feeler, it’s my main bass, I’m not gigging and unlikely to be, maybe never. Whilst It’s sat sittin’, I’m thinkin, use my Thumb, BEAD it, jobs a good un hence the feeler.
