Some of the post Diana Ross stuff from the 70s is great too, like 5.30 Plane.

Absolutely - this is one of my faves.

She's a bit good isn't she? You sound familiar with her work. Is this via YouTube or she a student of yours?

Noooo, Stew - I'm just a subscriber. 🙂

I could show her how to play 'Peaches', but to be honest I think she's a bit beyond that level.

It's been nice to watch young Julia get better and better on the bass, via her YT covers videos.

I think she makes a great job of this:

👍 👍

What a great cover, and those ghost notes really give it a nice groove ☝️

I also like her cover of forget me nots .

Her versions of Hallucinate by Dua Lipa and Hair by Graham Central Station are also really good. Everything I've heard her do is, she has great timing and groove - can't be bad when Joe Dart, Stuart Zender and Flea have all commented favourably on her covers of their work 👍

She’s a fantastic player. I’ve spent months learning how to do her version of ‘Juice’ note for note. It’s a ripper. And tricky.

I'm subbed to her YouTube channel too.

During the lockdown her bass vids really cheered me up and really inspired me to pick up my bass when I hadn't felt like doing so for a long time.

I joined her patreon thingy and send her $5 a month as a 'thank you'.

I saw that. I have decided that I will get more out of her lines if I learn them by ear, so I’m deliberately avoiding tabs/sheet music. But it undoubtedly will be a great resource for her subscribers.
