Hello from across the pond

Good Morning or Afternoon.  Bob Haley here from Charleston, SC.  I have been playing bass or rhythm guitar since I was 16 and I am 65 now.  As far as bass goes I have a German Hofner 500/1, 69 Gibson EB3, Warmoth Short scale PJ, Fender USA PJ (active and passive) and an Ibanez 2388B (their Rickenbacker clone).  Influences are John Entwistle, Andy Fraser, Chris Squire, Paul McCartney and Jack Cassidy.

I joined because I am trying to find an Ibanez truss rod cover for the 2388B bass.  Not interested in trying to pass it off as a Rickenbacker.  If anyone knows where either an original or reproduction could be found I would be grateful.
