zonular
Hey guys I've been practicing at home with headphones and a zoom b3n. Would I be better off going into a small practice combo or getting a headrush frfr? I do play guitar aswell if that helps
jezzaboy
For home use I use a small mixer into an Alto 10 inch powered speaker. Does the job fine for bass at home volumes. It is supposed to be 150 watts but as I live in a flat, I have never really gave it some serious welly. I think it was £90 from Guitaguitar. A budget option that works for me. I can play along to any source either with volume or headphones. I have recently got a small USB powered mixer so the PC output is digital and no need for an extra plug. Maybe a bit much but very versatile and I can obviously control the volume/sources from one place.
Woodinblack
If I am playing out loud upstairs I use my Bose s1, which is great. If I am outloud downstairs I use my Spark, and if I am quiet then I use the spark with headphones, or if the ipad is out, headphones with the jamhub. Most of the time it is the Bose
BassmanPaul
To practice at home I use my Ampeg B15N. It sounds wonderful and makes me want to practice more!
